RUBBER STAMP COPY IN LETTER BOOK. /RUBBER STAMP

May 19, 1910.

My dear Roland:

If through any misunderstanding that picture should be sent to London before the 30th, please see that it is at once returned to Paris. I cabled Fry, but at this writing have nothing from him; he, however, is not used to modern business methods, and may not have thought it necessary to reply to my cable, although I asked for one.

Many thanks for your cable regarding the family; for your kindness to them, I am most grateful.

I leave for Prides this evening, to remain, I hope, indefinitely.

The business outlook is really good. Crop prospects are excellent, and it seems to me we will see a much higher market in the near future, if nothing should happen to the crops.

I trust you are doing a good business, and throughly enjoying yourself. Kind regards to Carstairs.

Always,

Sincerely yours,

Mr. Roland F. Knoedler, 23 Place Vendome, Paris, France.
