Enclose mail and cash statement; also letter from Mr. Overholt relative to interest due at Union Trust Company on Greene County loan.

I have to-day forwarded to Mr. Thompson at Uniontown bill for six months interest due May 1st amounting to $15,000.00, being interest due you on Highland Building mortgage.

Am forwarding to you to-day the Trial Balance as of March 31st by registered special delivery mail.

I understand your latest instructions is for us to pay Knoedler & Co. direct for the painting by Hoppner - $100,000.00 and Knoedler to attend to their note at Union Trust Company themselves. handwritten note "yes" Your total indebtedness to Knowdler & Co. as of March 19th amounts to $116,004.82. Is it your intention that we pay this amount in full on May 1st, or only the $100,000.00? handwritten note "only the 100,000.00 Will you kindly advise?
