Mr. Naughton:-
Mr. Frick told me verbally yesterday that we better pay Knoedler about May 1st, and let Knoedler take care of the note at the Union Trust Company. To be perfectly clear about it, shorty before May 1st we better write Mr. Frick to be sure that our understanding of his wishes is correct.
