Dear Mr. Frick: We have no railing in our long gallery to keep people at a proper distance from pictures exhibited there, though we have always intended to have one. We are now putting in such a railing. I write this to you, because when you were last in the gallery there was no railing, and you might be surprised to find one in it now.
