C. F. BOZEMON

LORD AND HEWLETT ARCHITECTS THREE FORTY FIVE FIFTH AVENUE NEW YORK AUSTIN W. LORD J. MONROE HEWLETT

JUN 27 1916 FORWARDED from PC

June 23rd, 1916.

My dear Mr. Frick: I am ^an instructor in the History of Painting at the University of Chicago, and a former Assistant to the Director of the Art Institute of Chicago. I have come to New York for the purpose of seeing as many private collections as possible. It would be a great benefit, and a great pleasure to me to see the paintings in your gallery, if this can be effected without inconvenience to you. Certain of them I have already considered in my class work, unfortunately without having seen the originals. In case you are so good as to admit me, I may be addressed in care of Mr. Austin W. Lord, at this address. Believe me, Sincerely yours, Lucy C. Driscoll
