    We acknowledge receipt of your letter of July 31 enclosing check for $104,750., to cover the tenth payment and interest due on account of agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers, dated May 21, 1918.
    We are returning herewith your receipted voucher, and by separate registered cover are forwarding to you the agreeemtn form on which the above payment has been endorsed.
