Dear Sir:– Referring to my letter of April 30th, I enclose herewith Mr. Frick's check to order of the Guaranty Trust Company of New York, for $203,500.00, to cover second payment and interest due as per agreement between Mr. Frick and Duveen Brothers, dated May 21st, 1918.
