I have sent same to Pittsburgh with instructions to remit you at once check for ninety-one thousand six hundred ($91, 600.00) dollars, and to pay you, beginning June 1st, underlined in graphite: 1916, one hundred thousand ($100,000.00) dollars monthly until the invoice is paid in full: underlined in graphite: these payments to carry with them interest at the rate of three (3%) percent per annum from June 4th, 1915.
