I duly received yours of the 22d ult. and deposited your cheque on the 27th and remitted on the 28th through Lazard Frères their bill of Exchange for 27000 Marke to Eduard Schulte. | |||

This leaves a balance due you of $303.75 for which I beg to hand you my cheque. | |||
