DR. THEODORE DILLER, WESTINGHOUSE BUILDING, PITTSBURG.

November 17, 1919 Mr. H. C. Frick, New York City, N.Y.

My dear Sir:- Permit me to express to you in behalf of my daughter Winifred and the two other girls of our party our appreciation of your courtesy in making possible the visit which we made to your home last Monday morning. I expected to see a great deal; but the great wealth and beauty of your collection of paintings and art objects far surpassed my expectations. To view these art treasures was for us a pure delight; and we considered ourselves highly favored in that your art advisor, Mr. Bridge spent nearly the whole morning with us adding greatly to our enjoyment. Mr. Bridge is a man wholly to my liking and I do trust I may find myself in his company again. Permit me to express the hope that you have recovered from your indisposition. And as a slight appreciation of your kindness, I am handing you with my compliments a little book on Washington which I wrote, or rather compiled a few years ago. I think it may interest you. Very sincerely yours, Theodore Diller.
