I am mailing you a photograph of a very beautiful Sargent "Portrait of Lady Essex", size 38 1/4 x 49 1/4. You might let me know if you would be interested in it for Pride's. It was exhibited in the Academy in 1907 and is a very beautiful picture. The dress is white and a beautiful light blue. I think our friend Dunn is hard-up. Would it interest you to give him £15,000 and a commission of 10% to us for his Bronzino? It would certainly be an admirable picture for the mantel in your library. If you should happen to be interested you can cable me and I will put the office forward. Hope you are having some fine golf.
