March 6, 1917 The Rembrandt Club of Brooklyn

Mr. H.C. Frick 2 East 71st Street New York City

Dear Mr. Frick- At the meeting of the Rembrandt Club held last evening, March 5th, it was unanimously voted that I write you a letter and endeavor in some small way to express the deep appreciation of the Club members who enjoyed your hospitality on Saturday afternoon, February 24th.

Unfortunately, I was prevented, on account of a previous engagement out of town, to take advantage of viewing your collection but one and all of the members who did go were most enthusiastic over you superb canvases and we deeply appreciate your courtesy in allowing us the freedom of your gallery.

Very truly yours, Howard S. Hadden Secretary
