Gentlemen:
I am in receipt of your letter of the 29th ultimo enclosing invoice of the 26th which up to the present I have not had time to examine, but it shall have my early attention. Your letter, however, covers the terms of payment as agreed upon when your Mr. Joseph Duveen was here.
It is understood that all the articles mentioned in the invoice are guaranteed by you to be genuine, and that any of them will be repurchased by you from me at any time in the future at what they cost me, should I so desire.
