We are taking the liberty of sending to you for your perusal over Sunday a little booklet which contains the provenance, the opinions of Dr. von Loga of the Kaiser Friedrich Museum, and of Dr. Mayer of the Alte Pinacothek in Munich, of our Portrait of el Conde de Teba by Goya.
