April 27, 1912.

Mr. F. W. McElroy, Frick Building, Pittsburgh, Pa.

Dear Mr. McElroy:-

Your letter of the 26th and telegram of this morning are at hand. I confirm my telegram of this A. M.-

"Your letter and telegram received. First National have not yet received your letter, but say that everything will be alright, and will await Mr. Frick's return for guarantee."

Since I telegraphed you Mr. Backers SIC BACKUS, Cashier of the First National Bank, called me on the 'phone and said he had received your letter, and said that he would answer you that it was satisfactory to wait until Mr. Frick returned to renew the guarantee.

Thanking you for your prompt attention to this, believe me,

Very truly yours,

SIGNED C R Henschel
