April 26th, 1912.

Dear Sir:-

I have a cable from Mr. Frick this morning as follows:-

"London, April 26-12 - McElroy - Pittsburgh, Pa. - Advise First National I will extend guarantee on my return."

This refers to the guarantee which you have on file signed by Mr. Frick as of April 26th, 1911, covering all or any part of notes amounting to $250,000, made by M. Knoedler & Co., maturing between April 28th, 1911, and May 1st, 1912.

Mr. Frick will likely sail for home within the next week or two; has been detained on account of illness of Mrs. Frick. I trust you can arrange as desired by him. Will you kindly let me hear from you?
