underlined: RECEIVED from Henry C. Frick, thirty-three thousand eight hundred (33,800) shares of stock of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company, One (1) one thousand ($1,000.00) dollar Anglo-French Five Percent Five-year note, and an order on the Bankers Trust Company of New York for Nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand ($999,000.00) dollars of Anglo-French Five Percent Five-year notes, and a Due bill of said Henry C. Frick for four hundred and ninety-seven thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight and 25/100 dollars ($497,928.25), all of which are taken by us in payment of certain invoices of certain articles sold to Mr. Frick, and are received subject to all the terms and conditions expressed in our letter to Mr. Frick dated August 24, 1915.
