for the account of M. Knoedler & Company, under conditions stated in letter of this date

securities purporting to be as follows $200,000 Pennsylvania 10-year 3-1/2% Gold Bonds of 1915, Nos. 26,001 to 26,100 and 25,701 to 25,800 inclusive.

The coupons as they mature to be placed to the credit of Mr. Frick.

THIS BANK CONSENTS T ORECEIVE THE PROPERTY LEFT WITH IT FOR THE ACCOMODATION ONLY OF THE DEPOSITOR, WITHOUT COMPENSATION, AND UPON CONDITION THAT THIS BANK IS NOT TO BE HELD IN ANY MANNER LIABLE OF RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME, OR ANY PART THEREOF, OR FOR ANYTHING IN ANY MANNER CONNECTED THEREWITH.
