Dear Mr. Duveen: I wish you would make a complete list hand written text inserted here: See lists dated June 2, 1916 of items purchased settlement made 8/2/16. end of handwritten text of everything you have in my house"on approval." This to include all articles (some of which, of course, you do not expect me to purchase) and affix thereto the price of each, as I desire to take up the matter with you very soon. Let me caution you to be very careful in making up your mind what you want to charge me for each article; I will not pay extravagant prices. You are entitled to a good profit - that I am willing to pay. I also want a bill of the cost of hand written text inserted here: $45,828.25 Paid Duveen Bros per bill dated June 16 1916 included in settlement dated 8/2/16. I do not know whether or not there is anything at my house in Prides Crossing belonging to you; if so, you might send a list.
