20 PLACE VENDOME PARIS 20th. January. 1916 H. C. Frick Esq, Fifth Avenue, New York City.

Dear Mr. Frick, I have made my last visit to Mr. Decour's room, and I think you will be very pleased with it indeed. I have written a long letter to Mr. Duveen about it, and I should like you to see it, as it gives all details on the subject. I should like you, however, to discuss with Mr. Stuart and Mr. Duveen, the best course to pursue with regard to the installation of the Room, which our men will do. It is a question whether it is wise to commence operations until you have the room delivered out of the Customs. Mr. Stuart will advise you as to the right moment to commence putting up the new plaster ceiling and cove, so there will be no waste of time between the completion fo the plaster work, and the arrival of the room from the Custom house. I am writing Mr. Stuart on the subject, and I shall be glad if you will see him and agree as to the best scheme. Unless you want me, I can serve no useful
