TELEPHONE 5716 GERRARD ( 3 LINES) - TELEGRAMS. EMBELLISHMENT. REG. LONDON

15 George Street, Hanover Square, W.

Ref. AC/M June 29th. 1915.

H. C. Frick, Esq., 1, East 70th. Street NEW YORK.

My dear Mr. Frick, re: Fragonard Room I have just received your letter of June 18th. You will be glad to know that I am going to Paris at the end of this week to see Decour's drawings. I will report to you from Paris on the progress. I am sure you will be interested to know that we are starting a Shell factory here in London. A friend of mine is one of the biggest makers of projectiles in England, and has enormous orders on hand from the Government, some of which we shall probably take over. We badly need you over here to put an end to these abominable labour troubles. They would never exist were it not for Party politics and Trades Unionism, which has made no advance in its objects since its inception, and is now quite antediluvian. With kindest regards to you and Mrs. & Miss Frick, Believe me, Sincerely yours, [Signature]
