Dear Mr. Knoedler:-
What do you think of the enclosed? I am perfectly willing that the gentleman should see the pictures, but I am undecided as to whether I should permit them to be photographed. Please tell him so, and talk the matter over with him; say that I requested you to do so, and I will not reply to this letter.
