exercised as to part of the stock, we shall on April 1st (first) 1917, become the absolute owner of all stock as to which it shall not have been theretofore exercised.
It is further understood that we are to have the right in the period of time covered by such option up to April 1st (first) 1917, to sell the stock for our account or pledge it or make such use of it as we may deem advisable, subject to our liability to comply with the terms fo the agreement herein outlined.
If we are incorrect in presenting our statement of the agreement, we would appreciate if you would kindly advise us.
