Dear Sir:

We beg to acknowledge receipt of your check for $640.26 covering the premium for the insurance effected for your account whilst in transit from your residence in Pittsburg to your residence in New York.

We enclose the original certificate of insurance of the Federal Insurance Co. covering same, number of which is 753250, as mentioned in our letter of the 12th inst. We beg to call your attention to the fact that we had an additional clause inserted in this policy covering you against loss by fire and theft whilst at a packer's being packed and unpacked.

We thank you for your remittance, and beg to remain
