Henry C. Frick Esq. Dear Mr. Frick, I know that you are a collector of pictures, and I write to ask if you would care to acquire a fine Millet drawing know as "La Sortie" which we bought in London directly from the executors of the Staats Forbes estate. The price is four thousand $4,000 dollars, and we have refused an offer of $3,450.
