Dear Mr. Frick,

I take pleasure in introducing to you Messrs. Lazare Weiller & M. de la Gotellerie delegates of the French Government who expected to meet you at luncheon today: I explained that you had suddenly been called back. Mr. Weiller would like to speak to you about certain matters connected with his MISSION?? .

These gentlemen are accompanied by Mr. Faramond de Lafajolle Naval Attache
