Dear Sir:- Will you be kind enough to tell me when the Hudson-Fulton Celebration Committee may send for the pictures which you are lending to them for their exhibition, and give the valuation for insurance in transit for each picture. According to our list these pictures are as follows: Sunrise on the Maas, by Cuyp Portrait of an Artist, by Hals, View of a Woody Country, by Hobbema, Portrait of Himself, by Rembrandt, Portrait of a Young painter, by Rembrandt, A Waterfall, by Jacob van Ruisdael Portrait of a Lady, by Terborch, Music Lesson, by Vermeer


We are anxious to have your pictures here about September first, if that will be convenient to you.
