Correspondence in regard to paintings loaned Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. Letter Edward Robison, February 13, 1909, - wishing to call to talk about selection of pictures Mr. Frick offered to loan to Museum for Hudson-Fulton Exhibition. Acknowledgement by F. W. McE., stating Mr. Frick in Europe and that a previous letter from Mr. Robinson had been forwarded. Letter Edward Robinson, May 20, 1909,- requesting appointment in regard to selection of pictures. Reply of May 21st, making appointment at 640 Fifth Avenue. Letter Bryson Burroughs, August 24, 1909,- asking when committee may send for pictures, enumerating the pictures. Receipt for pictures, on printed form. Letter M. Knoedler & Co., September 1, 1909,- reporting pictures moved to Museum and insurance arranged. Letter Edward Robinson, November 2, 1909,- Dr. Fraedlander wanting to see Mr. Frick's pictures. Reply of November 3rd, stating pictures nearly all at Pride's, except those in exhibition. Expected to have them all in New York by November 15th. Letter Edward Robinson, November 11th,- asking extension of time, which Mr. Frick answered by wire. Letter Roland F. Knoedler, November 12th, - in regard to pictures being left at Metropolitan.
