on his two co-heiresses, the above Frances Duncombe, + her step-sister Anne, who was Baron Feversham's daughter by his third wife Anne Hales. - The Dowager Lady Feversham, married secondly, as his third wife, William, first Earl of Radnor (July 1765.) About 1775, the Hon. Frances became betrothed to Jacob, the eldest son of the first Earl of Radnor, by his first wife. It is said that her fiancé Jacob, then Viscount Folkestone, intercepted a letter to her from a Mr. Arabin, and that while the family were dining together at Grosvenor, London, Lord Radnor handed her the letter, saying: "What is the meaning of this? What have I or my son done to you that you should treat us in this manner
