"Falls of the Clyde" by JMW Turner
"This picture was purchased by Messr J W Vokins " of Great Portland Steel, of Mrs Booth in 1864. Mrs Booth " had it direct from Turner; the picture was sold by Vokins "to E F White who sold it to Mr William Houldsworth "a collector in the North. It was afterwards purchased "by Messr Agnew & passed to the collection of Mr Joseph "Ruston from whose collection we have it."
