CABLE ADDRESSES. KNOEDLER __ NEW YORK. KNOEDLER __ PARIS. PARIS OFFICE, 2 RUE GLUCK.

April 29th / 98.

My dear Mr Frick,

Van Boskerck and I are willing to sell you the $4,000 worth of stock of New Hotel in your city at your offer of 50 cents on the dollar if you still desire to purchase same. I have a letter from Mr B. saying he would arrange to send me certificate of stock but up to the present time have not received same and understood from Mr Jackman that certificates were not as yet issued & that stock was not fully paid for, but that instalments were called from time to time.

If you decide to take stock shall I write Mr Baggaley to have it transferred direct to you or would you prefer its being transferred to me first?

With kind regards to Mrs Frick in which Van Boskerck joins

Sincerely Chas. S. Carstairs
