HERBERT DUPUY PITTSBURGH, PH Monday- Nov. 18th 3:00p.m 2 Rector Street, New York, N.Y, November 13th, 1918.

Dear Mr. Frick: I have heard so much about the beautiful things you have in your house, both through my daughter, Mrs. McHenry, who was so intimate with your daughter, Miss Helen, and through Duveen Brothers that it would give me great pleasure if I myself might see them. I expect to be in New York until next Wednesday, the 20th instant, and if you can arrange a time when I could have a half an hour or more to see these beautiful things I am sure it would give me keen delight. I am just now installing in the Carnegie Art Galleries, Pittsburgh, a roomful of my own things, composed of miniature, gold snuff-boxes and such object d'art, so that the public might be educated along these lines. This makes me double interested in your beautiful works of art, even though our collections are of different types. With kindest regards, believe me Yours very sincerely, Hurbert Dupuy Mr. Henry C. Frick, Fifth Avenue & 70th Street, New York, N.Y.
