My dear Mr. Frick, I have your letter of the 18th inst. and saw Mr. White this morning. He will arrange for me to see the picture but he says it may take a few days before he can do so. As soon as I have seen the picture I will cable you my opinion of it. In the meantime I have cabled you to-day as follows:- "Saw White He will arrange me to see picture then I will cable you". Far from being any trouble it is a great pleasure for me to do
