Curator of the Henry C. Frick Collection; Dear Sir; I am not only art editor on the Eagle staff but I am also associate editor of Arts and Decoration. I am writing to you to ask permission to visit the collection of the late Henry C. Frick in order to present the subject to the readers of Arts and Decoration. It is also important that I should Have the necessary photographs to illustrate the article which we wish to make the authoritative one on this subject.
