beginning of left page I am sorry that I am still here at Newport; so that I shall not have the satisfaction and pleasure of seeing the Sargents till I return to town next week - but I can at least thank you in anticipation - and that I do most cordially - only I am very much afraid that you will have to undergo another end of left page beginning of right page process of being thanked after I come back to town and have seen the pictures.
