Dear Mr. Frick:- Concerning our conversation with reference to the six Bouchers which we are desirous of selling you, our asking prices are as follows:

"Les Graces et l'Amour", 72 x 56 1/4, $150,000 The oval pair, "Jupiter and Callisto", 22 1/4 x 26 3/8 and "Angelio and Medor", 22 1/4 x 26 3/8, which are now hanging in your small Reception Room, 150,000

Bust of a young girl holding flowers, 16 3/4 x 21 1/2, hanging in your Reception Room, 35,000

The small oval pair which are here, and which were formerly in Mrs. Frick's boudoir, "Le Musique", 13 x 15 3/4 and "Le Dessin", 13 x 15 3/4, 50,000 --- Total- $385,000

We will be pleased to sell you the lot for $290,000. I consider the large oval picture, "Les Graces et l'Amour," the most beautiful Boucher I have ever seen. I enclose you the pedigree of same. You will note it has been in four great collections, viz: Prince de Soubise, Barizeau Collection Duc de Morny, Marquis of Hertford. You will note this picture was exhibited at the Salon of 1736, and that the small pair now in your Reception Room were exhibited in the
