My dear Mr. Frick: The payment for the Holbein portrait is to made to the Deacons = Williams bank, London, through Brome Brothers. as of course you know the amount is $215,000. There was a delay about the reply to my cable asking for definite advice for the phrasing of the face of the draft, but it came in today definitely stating the above form.
