I ^have spent much of my life studying in the great galleries, private and public of Europe and I have never ^seen a choicer group than this - The owner has intrusted them to me as he desires the matter to be very privately handled. I should like to assist him as he is in financial difficulty, but it would mean everything in the world personally ^to myself to place some of these rare and perfect masterpieces as with ^the passing away of my husband, my life and fortune have been completely wrecked.
