moments of time, although I do not like to intrude upon you, but I have just returned from England, trying to reach my husband in Berlin but was prevented by the blockade from going on. I spent the three weeks ^there with friends whose life is absorbed with pictures and the study of the highest art. Through this medium I came in touch with a small collection of wonderful paintings belonging to a titled man who had been ruined by the war and must part with them or go bankrupt. They are superb and I should like to tell you about them and to show you some fine photographs of them. They are unquestioned in pedigree and authenticity.
