These paintings to cost $457,500.00 To pay for same by delivering 7,320 shares P. R. R. Stock at $62 1/2 per share - $457,500.
Agreement to repurchase on January 20th, 1916 at $50.00 per share, if M K & Co do not want to retain --> Mr. F. said in N. Y. 12/13/15 that Knoedlers sold this stock. NJN?
Dec. 17th, 1914, delivered to M.K.&Co. the above mentioned stock.
