beginning of left page occasion to congratulate you very sincerely for the recent acquisition of the capital portrait of Philippe IV painted at Fraga by Velasquez which I had the pleasure of examining at Biarritz and upon which I have published recently a pamphlet in Spanish translated into English, that I suppose you know well. In case you have a good photograph end of left page beginning of right page of this picture, I pray you to send it to me and don't forget the offer you made me two years ago in Madrid of sending the catalogue of your so rich collection of Pictures.
