pay 400,000. fcs auctioners 10% would make it 440,000 + our 10% would be 44,000. fcs total 484,000 fcs. If however you should pay 425,000 10% would bring it to 469,500. we would charge 32,500. making the total cost to you 500,000. If you paid 450,000. our commission would be 5,000. fcs and above this amount we wouldn't expect any commission as it would then be beyond a price we would pay for stock. If the picture sells for 300,000 or 350,000. you get the benefit of our not competing. Do I make it clear? You must let me know if you desire to pay me more naturally it is impossible to tell how high or low a picture will go at Auction. Consult Roland + cable me. The picture is about the size of your largest Turner, there is no question as to your liking it or as to its being a desirable picture. Under the circumstances I have postponed my sailing.
