The above amount represents past payment for painting by Van Dyck - "Portrait of James Stanley - 7th Earl of Derby + his wife + daughter - $350,000, per bill of Feb. 17th, 1913, less cash payment this date - 2/24/13 - $100,000 + ci. $75,000 Ptg by Velasquez "Queen Marianna of Austria" and 2 notes aggregating $175,000 of which notes $125,000 shown above is one.
