Letter of Mr. Carstairs in regard to Holbein. Knoedlers are to get a commission. Mr. Frick in New York May 14th, 1912, says they are to get 10%, and we will get bill, which is to be credited to their account.

Mr. Frick, on report of F. W. McE. dated June 26th, 1912, says "I think 5% was the commission. Wait for their bill."
