New York, Dec . 27th, 1900

Henry C. Frick, Esq., Pittsburgh, Pa.

Dear Sir:- We have the pleasure to inform you, that we received from our friends, Messrs. Arthur Tooth & Sons, of Paris, France, ex SS "La Normandie", one case containing one painting, marked F P. 1, which we shall forward to your address in bond by Adams Express Co., collecting forward out outlays and charges of $23.00/100, as per enclosed statement. There will also arrive for you another case, No. 2, from Mess. A. T. & Sons of Paris by the next French steamer, as we were informed that this case did not reach Havre in time to sail with "La Normandie". As soon as this case will arrive, we shall forward the same to you in bond. Very respectfully yours, Hansel, Bruckmann & Lorbacher. Bruckmann? E.F
