Dear Sir, We hereby agree to sell you painting by C.F. Daubigny "Le Village et bac de Gloton" in exchange for 100 shares of PIttsburg Plate Glass stock, with the understanding that you are to participate equally in the profit over and above 170 at any time prior to January 1st 1900.

You to have the privilege of saying at what point you desire to withdraw and take any profit you may have.
