"Rembrandt?" London, S.W. Apr. 30th 1912. H. C. Frick Esq Paris Dear Sir, I find I have neglected to write + thank you for your very kind favour of 27th - mist? which Mr. Carestairs handed me on Saturday. I need hardly say I am deeply grateful to you + thank you most sincerely. Naturally I should like to have had the privilege of concluding

the matter with you, but failing yourself there is no one I would prefer doing it with than Mr. Carestairs + ? Knoedler. They have been so extremely nice to me throughout that it is indeed a pleasure to do the business with them. Will you allow me to thank you most sincerely for all the kindness + consideration I have received at your hands, for believe me I am more than grateful for it. Yours Obediently, H. Silva White
