Feversham will not take less. I sho. have thought that even at present prices 65 or 70 thousand would have represented its value. I may add that Lord. Feversham is very old and infirm and that he may die at any moment. In the wait?? of his death it could not be sold for fourteen years as it would need the consent of the crossed out: next next heir who is only seven years old. Yours sincerely Roger Fry. P.S.
