Mr. Henry C. Frick, 640 Fifth Avenue, New York City.
Dear Sir:- Have just received from London the dozen engravings by Pratt of your painting,- "COUNTESS OF WARWICH AND HER CHILDREN" which Mr. Carstairs secured there and following Mr. Roland Knoedler's instructions, we have made one half dozen frames of a similar pattern to those you have previously used so that if you desire to dispose of any, we could have them ready at a day's notice.
