5th May 1916. Dear Mr Frick Many thanks for your letter returning the photographs etc of my paintings. If there are works of any particular artists you wish to purchase I should be glad to know what they are, as my collection I am disposing of runs to over 200 different artists' works. There is a particular matter I should like to put before you : – on behalf of the Earl of Denbigh, who is away on Active service in Egypt, I have undertaken to find a private purchaser for his famous painting End of Page 1
